JBS Dev is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to build and scale our inbound marketing engine from the ground up. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has successfully created predictable inbound pipeline – not inherited one.

You'll own our demand generation strategy, paid acquisition programs, marketing funnel, and inbound lead generation efforts with a singular focus: generating qualified opportunities that drive revenue growth. You'll have the autonomy to recommend the right channels, partners, and investments while building a scalable marketing function that delivers measurable business results.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, experimenting, optimizing, and scaling rather than maintaining an existing marketing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall inbound marketing and demand generation strategy aligned with company growth objectives.

  • Build a predictable pipeline of marketing-qualified leads through paid advertising, digital campaigns, content initiatives, and other acquisition channels.

  • Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media programs across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.

  • Design, build, and continuously optimize the end-to-end marketing funnel, including landing pages, lead capture, nurturing, and conversion optimization.

  • Analyze campaign performance, attribution, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and pipeline contribution to maximize marketing ROI.

  • Identify, evaluate, and manage external agencies, freelancers, and specialized marketing partners where appropriate.

  • Work closely with Sales and executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals and continuously improve lead quality.

  • Establish marketing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting that provide clear visibility into campaign performance and business impact.

  • Test new acquisition strategies, messaging, channels, and technologies to continuously improve marketing performance.

  • Recommend marketing technology, automation tools, and processes that improve scalability and operational efficiency.

Required Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, or digital acquisition.

  • Demonstrated success building and scaling an inbound demand generation engine from zero – not inheriting or optimizing an existing marketing function.

  • Experience owning paid media budgets and optimizing campaigns based on business outcomes.

  • Proven ability to generate qualified sales pipeline through digital marketing initiatives.

  • Experience building and optimizing complete marketing funnels, from acquisition through conversion.

  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword strategy, and content planning, with a track record of driving measurable organic growth.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance, attribution, conversion rates, CAC, CPL, and ROI.

  • Experience selecting and managing marketing agencies, consultants, freelancers, and external vendors.

  • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing software development, AI, cloud, SaaS, or technology consulting services.

  • Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market B2B sales organizations.

  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.

  • Experience scaling marketing functions within an early-stage or high-growth company.

Within your first 12 months, you will:

  • Build a repeatable inbound demand generation strategy.

  • Launch and optimize multiple acquisition channels that consistently generate qualified opportunities.

  • Establish clear marketing reporting and performance metrics tied to revenue.

  • Develop a scalable marketing operation supported by the right mix of internal resources and external partners.

  • Become a trusted advisor to executive leadership on marketing investment, client acquisition strategy, and growth opportunities.
