Direct Response Copywriter

About the Role

We're looking for a Direct Response Copywriter who knows how to write ads that drive sales, not just engagement.

You'll work closely with media buyers and the creative team to develop winning campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels — owning the creative angle from concept to conversion.

Please note: Only candidates with proven experience and work samples will be considered for further steps in the process.

What You'll Do

• Create daily hooks, angles, concepts, and campaign ideas
• Write high-converting ad copy and video scripts
• Develop clear, performance-focused creative briefs
• Analyze creative performance and iterate on winning concepts
• Research competitors, trends, offers, and creative opportunities
• Collaborate with media buyers, creators, and editors to scale winning campaigns

Requirements

• Proven experience writing copy that drives sales for DTC brands or apps
• Strong direct-response marketing background
• Deep understanding of consumer psychology and conversion principles
• Experience with Meta Ads, UGC creative, hooks, retention, offers, and positioning
• Ability to analyze performance data and turn insights into new creative
• Strong command of AI tools for research, ideation, and scripting
• Ability to move fast, test often, and thrive in a high-performance environment
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
