Key Responsibilities
Dealer Acquisition: Proactively prospect and sign new commercial dealership accounts across your territory (target: 3–5 new signings per month).
Consultative Selling: Partner directly with Dealer Principals, General Managers, and F&I Managers to demonstrate how our products and automated platform maximize their per-vehicle-retail (PVR) profit and long-term customer retention.
Training & Implementation: Onboard new dealership partners, providing comprehensive product training, F&I software walkthroughs, and ongoing sales coaching to dealership staff.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of regional competitors by identifying market gaps, tracking local trends, and pivoting strategies to aggressively capture market share.
Territory Leadership: Act as the primary strategic contact for your dealer network, ensuring seamless claims processes, high dealer satisfaction, and maximum account utilization.
What We’re Looking For
Proven Closer: 5+ years of successful track record in the Automotive Aftermarket, Commercial Trucking, Vehicle Service Contracts (VSC), or Finance & Insurance (F&I) sectors.
The "Hunter" Mentality: You don't wait for inbound leads. You have a proven track record of "opening doors," cold calling, and building a high-revenue book of business from the ground up.
Established Network: Possess an existing network of independent and franchised commercial vehicle/truck dealerships within the target region.
Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of dealership economics, P&L, and F&I structures—you can comfortably talk "numbers" with Dealer Principals.
Mobile & Field-Ready: Willing and eager to be "on the road" 60–80% of the time, conducting face-to-face visits and building strong in-person relationships with dealers.
Why Join Us
High Growth & Ownership: Take full command of a strategic US territory with the autonomy to manage it like your own business.
Disruptive SaaS Product: Offer a modern, fully automated warranty platform that eliminates traditional paper bottlenecks, offering instant quotes, superior coverage, and faster claim resolutions.
Lucrative Upside: Competitive base salary paired with an uncapped, aggressive commission structure directly tied to your territory's growth.
Entrepreneurial Culture: We value results over bureaucracy, providing you with the tools and support needed to dominate your market.
