The Data Input Associate will support the client's operations by accurately creating and updating transactional and master data within company systems. This role will perform high-volume, repetitive data entry activities including Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and customer and vendor information. The ideal candidate is highly accurate, dependable, comfortable working in ERP/WMS platforms, and able to communicate clearly in English. This is an overseas/remote position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and update Sales Orders and Purchase Orders in company systems.
- Enter and maintain customer, vendor, item, and other business data as assigned.
- Review source documents and information for completeness before data entry.
- Perform repetitive, high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Follow documented procedures and escalation rules for missing or unclear information.
- Identify and flag data discrepancies or system issues.
- Maintain organized digital records and trackers.
- Support additional administrative and data maintenance activities as needed.
Requirements
Required:
- Prior experience with data entry, order entry, administrative operations, or a similar high-volume transactional role.
- Experience using an ERP, WMS, order management, or comparable business system.
- Strong English speaking, reading, writing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office or comparable productivity tools.
- High attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive work accurately.
- Reliable, organized, and able to follow documented processes in a remote environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with Sage 100 ERP.
- Experience supporting distribution, warehouse, logistics, purchasing, or order management operations.
- Experience creating Sales Orders and Purchase Orders.
