The Role

The selected candidate(s) will work closely with the City Manager and a small team to manage day-to-day operations for an assigned operating region, focused on inventory and revenue management, customer experience and service, and other ad hoc initiatives. We are looking for a dynamic and hospitality-oriented team player!

Requirements

• Relevant experience, e.g., hospitality, sales, customer support, logistics, operations, or inventory management
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Passion for customer service
• Friendly, positive attitude and team player
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
• Interest in football is a BIG PLUS
• Experience working overseas or with international companies is a PLUS
• Hospitality experience is a PLUS
• Franchise Development or Support experience is a PLUS
