We are seeking a data-driven CRM expert to join our team, supporting a large tech client. This role bridges marketing strategy and technical execution, transforming complex data signals into high-impact customer experiences. You won’t just build lists; you’ll architect the audience logic powering major APAC promotional campaigns and global product launches. Ideal candidates are problem-solvers comfortable with both SQL queries and senior stakeholder management. If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and are passionate about the customer lifecycle, this role is for you!
This position requires APAC-friendly working hours.
The Role:
- **Content Thought Leadership & Localisation**: Partner with global teams to shape content briefs by embedding APAC market insights. Proactively identify region-specific requirements to ensure global assets are localized for maximum impact.
- **NPI & Sustain Program Management**: Oversee end-to-end localization and delivery timelines for all New Product Introduction (NPI) training assets, including videos, e-learning modules, and one-pagers, ensuring alignment with go-live dates.
- **Vendor & Agency Management**: Serve as the primary liaison for transcreation agencies, local reviewers, and field teams across Japan, Australia, India, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia. Ensure linguistic precision and brand voice consistency while managing publishing vendors for on-time delivery.
- **Regional Campaign Development**: Identify market-specific training gaps and lead the creation of bespoke, region-led campaigns to drive product advocacy and brand engagement.
- **Advocacy & Engagement Programs**: Collaborate with local teams to design and localize assets aimed at building 'brand love' among retail staff, managing initiatives like contests, seeding programs, and gamified engagement.
- **Cross-Functional Partnership**: Work closely with Channel Sales & Activation (CSA), Retail Sales, and both Local and Global Training teams to align training objectives with broader business goals.
- **Platform & Operational Delivery**: Oversee vendors responsible for uploading and distributing content across Learning Management Systems (LMS) and internal advocacy platforms.
- **Budget & Performance Tracking**: Manage localization budgets and monitor asset usage rates to measure efficiency and ROI of the regional training supply chain.
Requirements:
- A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or Education.
- 12+ years of experience in retail training, trade marketing, or project management.
- Proven track record of program managing complex projects with strict deadlines, particularly for NPI or product launches.
- Experience managing localization workflows and working with external vendors.
- Prior experience in the Consumer Electronics or Tech industry.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content authoring tools.
- Strong understanding of regional retail landscapes and cultural nuances across APAC.
- Highly organized with strong project management capabilities and expertise in tools like Smartsheet.
- Ability to maintain complex spreadsheets with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and cross-functional partnership-building abilities.
- Flexibility to work effectively under ambiguity and uncertainty in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
- Strong aptitude for or experience in integrating AI tools, with a preference for Google AI tools.
- High energy, proactive attitude, and focus on teamwork and project success.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
