This is a hands-on role where you'll be a key part of our decision-making process. You'll gain practical experience by working with real data, conducting data analysis, identifying trends, and creating powerful visualizations. You'll also have the opportunity to learn and apply technical skills like SQL and AI tools like Claude to help us make smarter, data-driven business decisions. This will allow you to get:

• Students currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, or recent graduates with 0-2 years of professional experience.
• Academic Background: Pursuing degrees in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or any other with a strong analytical focus.
• High Achiever: Strong academic record and a proven track record of success.
• Great Communicator: Excellent communication skills, both in Spanish and English.
• Problem Solver: Proactive, creative, and passionate about finding innovative solutions.

• Step 3. Technical Exercise: If shortlisted, you will be asked to complete a quantitative exercise in person at our offices in Bogotá.
• Step 4. Problem-Solving: You will have to solve a problem and present your ideas to our team.
• Step 5. Interview: If you are a finalist, you'll be invited to an online interview to discuss your experience and goals.
• Step 6. Final Offer: Congratulations! We'll extend a job offer and get you ready for your exciting onboarding process to start working together in January 2027.
