Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers across the Nordic region, representing a leading brand in the tourism industry.
• Manage reservation inquiries, modifications, and cancellations with high attention to detail.
• Resolve complex client issues effectively to ensure a seamless and premium rental experience.
• Promote and upsell additional tourism services and vehicle upgrades to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while navigating various digital reservation systems.
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize workflows within the tourism sector.
• Contribute to the positive reputation of our client by delivering world-class support in Danish.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Previous experience in customer service or the tourism industry is considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for helping travelers and tourists.
• High level of digital literacy and the ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Sofia.
• A proactive attitude towards achieving personal and team-based KPIs.
