Requirements

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).

• Ability to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria for this on-site role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, professional attitude.
• Previous experience in a contact center or service-oriented environment is considered an advantage.
