We are seeking a dedicated professional for a Czech Speaking Content Moderator position in Bulgaria, specifically tailored for the dynamic Social Media industry. Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze user-generated content to ensure compliance with social media community guidelines.
• Identify, flag, and escalate content that violates safety policies to maintain a positive online environment.
• Utilize your native Czech language proficiency to accurately interpret nuances, slang, and cultural context within the social media ecosystem.
• Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on evolving content policies and platform moderation standards.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency while meeting defined performance metrics.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of user experience by providing insights on common content trends.
• Participate in team meetings to align on global moderation strategies and internal quality benchmarks.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (required for employment eligibility).
