Responsibilities
- Own and manage all email marketing campaigns and flows in Klaviyo (welcome series, post-purchase, win-back, browse/cart abandonment, promotional)
- Review, test, and update existing email templates to ensure they are working effectively and performing well
- Maintain and optimize existing Klaviyo flows for performance and deliverability
- Plan, build, and send SMS campaigns
- Manage the subscription program through Recharge
- Update PDPs and homepage content for new product launches
- Segment audiences and personalize messaging for maximum engagement
- Monitor and report on email/SMS performance metrics
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on Klaviyo experience
- Strong understanding of Klaviyo flows and flow architecture
- Comfortable reviewing, troubleshooting, and updating existing email templates (design/copywriting from scratch not required, but a plus)
- Experience with Recharge or a similar subscription management platform
- SMS marketing experience
- Familiarity with Shopify
- Supplement/CPG industry experience is a strong plus
- Data-driven, highly organized, and self-directed
- Must be based in South America, or Europe and able to overlap with US business hours
