Nightingale College is looking for a Correspondence Specialist II to join our Quality Relations team — a role built for someone who takes real ownership of communication and turns high-volume inboxes into smooth, learner-first experiences. You'll be the voice behind timely, accurate, and professional responses to the learners, faculty, and stakeholders who count on Nightingale every day. This is a Level II role: you'll take full ownership of an assigned inbox, building on foundational correspondence skills to manage it independently while keeping quality and consistency front and center.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full inbox for assigned functions, responding to inquiries within established service levels.
- Categorize, prioritize, and resolve learner inquiries, escalating when necessary.
- Draft, edit, and send professional communications to learners, faculty, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent use of CRM, SIS, and communication tools for tracking and documentation.
- Identify patterns or recurring issues in inquiries and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with peers and other departments to resolve complex or multi-step issues.
- Support overflow and shared inbox operations as needed.
- Assist in pre- and post-semester projects related to learner communications.
What You Bring
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree required (bachelor's preferred), or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years of experience in learner support, customer service, or operations
- Strong written communication skills you can point to with confidence
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment without sacrificing accuracy or professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience using CRM or ticketing systems
