The opportunity:

Stepful is launching a Radiologic Technology A.A.S. program leading to ARRT certification eligibility. You'll be the Clinical Coordinator of record for the program, building the clinical education component from the ground up and ensuring alignment between classroom learning and clinical outcomes.

This role is remote with travel to partner sites in Texas required, and reports to our Imagine Programs Lead.

What you'll do:

Clinical curriculum and site network

• Correlate clinical and didactic education, aligning curriculum objectives and evaluating term-by-term performance.
• Build and qualify the clinical site network, including pre-placement evaluations, accreditor recognition, and maintaining affiliation agreements.

Placement, supervision, and safety

• Run clinical placement and scheduling, ensuring equitable access to procedures and maintaining a 1:1 student-to-clinical-staff ratio.
• Enforce supervision and radiation safety, including direct supervision until competency is achieved and distribution of student radiation exposure reports within 30 school days.

Preceptor and student development

• Develop and support clinical preceptors, including onboarding, training, and maintaining communication.
• Track clinical competency and advise students, providing remediation plans for those who fall behind.

Accreditation, teaching, and travel

• Support accreditation and assessment, contributing clinical evidence to self-study reports and site visit preparation.
• Teach didactic and/or clinical instruction, with opportunities to teach clinical courses for the first cohort.
• Travel to partner sites for evaluations, preceptor development, clinical visits, and accreditation visits, with up to 50% travel expected starting 2027. All travel and program-related expenses are reimbursed.

What you'll bring:

• Reliable access to a major airport and availability to travel to Texas.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Current ARRT R.T.(R) certification and Texas GMRT certificate.
• Minimum 2 years' clinical experience in radiography and 1 year's experience as an instructor in a JRCERT-accredited program.
• Proficient in curriculum development, supervision, instruction, evaluation, and academic advising.
• Working knowledge of JRCERT Standards and ABHES clinical experience requirements.

Bonus points if:

• Prior clinical coordinator or clinical instructor experience in a JRCERT-accredited radiography program.
• Experience managing clinical education across multiple sites or health systems.
