Want to know if you're a match for this job?
We are a rapidly expanding recruitment company with an established international presence and a reputation for providing high-calibre executive search and recruitment services. Our growth has been supported by a strong focus on client experience, professional standards, and building long-term partnerships with organisations seeking exceptional talent.
We are currently looking for a seasoned professional to join our business on a part-time basis as a Client Consultant (Recruitment Services). This flexible position centres on conversations with organisations that have already expressed an interest in working with us and would like to learn more about our executive and professional recruitment services.
The opportunity is particularly suited to an accomplished recruitment, consultative sales, or business development professional who wants to remain commercially active without taking on a traditional full-time position. You will have greater control over your working hours and availability while engaging exclusively with warm, pre-qualified prospects. There is no expectation to source new leads, make cold calls, or carry out outbound prospecting.
Your primary focus will be conducting structured discussions with prospective clients to develop a clear understanding of their businesses, hiring requirements, and recruitment challenges. You will ask thoughtful questions, interpret the information provided, and offer useful initial perspectives in a professional and commercially aware manner.
As one of the first representatives prospective clients engage with, you will also play an important role in representing our brand. Every interaction should inspire confidence and reflect the professionalism, credibility, and service standards that have contributed to our reputation within the recruitment industry.
Key Highlights:
- Choose the appointment times that suit your availability, with consultations scheduled in advance.
- Join a recruitment company recognised for its strong culture and commitment to service quality.
- No outbound prospecting, cold calling, or unsolicited selling.
- Work remotely from an appropriate professional workspace.
- High performers may have the opportunity to move into a full-time strategic position.
Roles and Responsibilities
Call Delivery
- Communicate the value of our recruitment services clearly, including their potential commercial benefit and return on investment.
- Conduct between one and three pre-arranged video consultations each day with businesses exploring executive recruitment support.
- Deliver every consultation with professionalism, focus, composure, and close attention to the prospective client's needs.
- Use a structured qualification approach to evaluate each opportunity and determine whether there is a suitable working relationship.
Client Handover & Follow-Through
- Document relevant hiring priorities and business information before transferring suitable opportunities to the recruitment team.
- Maintain responsive communication with prospects and recently onboarded clients, addressing questions in a timely manner.
- Liaise with the administration team to ensure agreed actions, timelines, expectations, and next steps are properly recorded.
Record-Keeping & Process Improvement
- Evaluate your pipeline activity and suggest practical changes that could improve conversion outcomes.
- Record meeting notes, opportunity status, and follow-up actions in the CRM and Slack immediately after each consultation.
