Mistplay
View Company ProfileMistplay (operating at mistplay.com) is a mobile gaming rewards platform engineered for gamers and advertisers alike. Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Montreal, Mistplay bridges the gap between casual mobile gaming and real-world incentives by enabling players to earn gift cards and rewards through gameplay. Unlike traditional gaming apps that focus solely on entertainment, Mistplay transforms in-app engagement into tangible financial benefits, such as PayPal cash, Uber rides, or DoorDash credits. Under the hood, the platform partners with game studios, publishers, and brands to integrate reward mechanics into mobile titles, while its proprietary app aggregates earnings and cash-out options. This allows gamers to monetize their leisure time, while game developers and advertisers gain access to highly engaged audiences. Backed by GrowthCurve Capital in 2021, Mistplay has scaled rapidly, doubling its employee headcount in 2023.
