Business Analyst (Treasury Processes)

Your Mission

Analyze existing treasury processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

• Gather, document, and prioritize business and operational requirements.
• Map current workflows and design more efficient future-state processes.
• Work closely with Treasury, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to implement process improvements.
• Prepare clear documentation, process descriptions, and business requirements.
• Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and trends.
• Support automation initiatives by translating business needs into actionable requirements.
• Participate in testing new functionality and validating implemented solutions.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and suggest further optimizations.
• Support the Treasury Lead with process-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Treasury Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex operational processes.
• Experience working with large datasets and drawing meaningful conclusions.
• Ability to document business requirements, workflows, and process documentation clearly.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to gather requirements from different stakeholders.
• Experience conducting interviews, workshops, or discovery sessions with business teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and structured approach to problem-solving.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from analysis to implementation.
• Good level of English and fluent Russian.
