Bilingual Marketing & Administrative Assistant

Shalhoub Law, a dynamic law firm based in West Palm Beach, is seeking a Bilingual Marketing & Administrative Assistant to enhance its marketing efforts and provide top-notch administrative support.

Core Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Create static social media posts and manage video content distribution across platforms to maintain a consistent and professional online presence.
• Spanish-Language Support: Provide real-time English-Spanish translation during consultations and client interactions, ensuring effective communication with Spanish-speaking clients.
• Client Communication: Conduct client check-ins and follow-ups, including gathering treatment updates and maintaining professional communication.
• Administrative Assistance: Handle scheduling, general administrative tasks, and keep priorities organized.
• Marketing Coordination: Manage marketing, networking, and community engagement calendars, coordinating events and business-development activities.
• Content Creation: Assist with developing short content pieces for the firm’s website, depending on experience.
• Legal Support: Assist with template-driven legal administrative tasks, including initial letters, intake documents, and medical-record requests.
• Phone Backup: Provide phone coverage support when necessary.

Key Requirements:

• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish with real-time translation skills.
• Experience: 2-3+ years of experience working with a U.S.-based company, ideally in social media, content creation, customer service, or administrative support.
• Social Media Expertise: Experience creating and managing social media content across multiple platforms.
• Professional Communication: Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational & Administrative Skills: Highly organized with experience in scheduling, document preparation, and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Judgment and Discretion: Ability to recognize when to escalate inquiries appropriately.
• Remote Work Readiness: Comfortable working fully remote during 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern working hours.
