Influencer Casting & Management

  • Conduct influencer research and talent list development for campaigns, adhering to brand criteria and guidelines.
  • Develop campaign invitation emails and sign-up surveys.
  • Support lead Producers in outreach to influencers and agents, tracking rates, availability, and other key details.
  • Support client decision-making by writing persuasive rationale for talent, illustrating their readiness and fit for specific projects.
  • Build client-facing influencer presentations highlighting influencer talent for campaigns.

Program Tracking & Reporting

  • Set up campaign tracking using third-party software, ensuring thorough and accurate information.
  • Review collaborator content to ensure adherence to requirements, working through revisions when necessary.
  • Collect and manage image, text, or video assets.
  • Track and log all content (blog posts, social media updates).
  • Identify and proactively resolve potential issues such as incomplete posts or failure to adhere to requirements.

Requirements:

  • Ideally located in Canada, preferably in the Montreal area.
  • Must have French Canadian fluency and 1-2 years of experience adapting English campaigns to French Canadian.
