About the Role:
As an Analyst I, Closing, you will ensure that all submitted information from partners is valid and complies with the company’s criteria. You will report to the Closing Manager and collaborate frequently with Sales, Underwriting, Legal, Quality & Continuous Improvement, and other departments.
In this role, you will:
- Ensure documentation is appropriate and complies with the company’s policies and procedures.
- Update and analyze transactional bank information from clients to validate the accuracy of the information received.
- Learn and follow Forward Financing’s processes and guidelines to accurately verify information on MTDs (Month to Date Transactions).
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve and maintain established SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for the funding queue.
- Collaborate across departments, leaving notes, recommendations, and relevant information for Underwriting, Sales, and Legal teams.
- Serve as the strongest brand ambassador of our culture.

Requirements:

- Intermediate English fluency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
- Proficiency with calculation sheets and email software.
- Able to complete tasks in a fast and accurate manner.
