Your mission

We're hiring an Acquisition Account Executive to go after net-new business across the Fortune 500 in consumer goods, manufacturing, retail, and energy. This is a hunting role, plain and simple: every account on your list is a company that has never signed with UiPath. That means no lapsed renewals, no accounts that used to be customers and churned, no warm territory someone else already worked. If it's not a brand-new logo, it's not this role.

You'll work at the executive level with CIOs, CFOs, and COOs who are trying to figure out what AI-driven automation actually changes about how their business runs, not just how it gets described in a board deck. This role sits right at the center of where UiPath is headed next, and we'll get into that below.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • New Logo Hunting: Build and run a territory plan targeting Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies in consumer goods, manufacturing, retail, and energy that are not current UiPath customers. This is pure net-new, not win-back.

  • Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales motion from first outreach through close, and consistently hit or beat quota.

  • Executive Relationship Building: Build trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders and their teams, and know how to navigate a large organization to find the real decision-makers.

  • Position UiPath's System of Action: Speak credibly to how UiPath helps enterprises move from AI experimentation to governed, production execution. More on this below.

  • Partner Collaboration: Work with Regional and Global Systems Integrators to identify co-sell opportunities and land accounts that benefit from a partner-led approach.

  • Internal Teaming: Pull in your dedicated BDR, product specialists, and overlay teams as needed. You're the quarterback, not a solo act.

  • Market Awareness: Stay current on industry trends and competitive moves in your verticals so you can bring a point of view to every conversation, not just a pitch.

What you'll bring to the team

  • Experience: At least 5 years in enterprise software sales with a track record of closing net-new logos in large, complex organizations, and at least 10 years total in software or technology sales, ideally with a mix that includes SaaS.

  • Quota Track Record: A real history of hitting or exceeding quota, not just proximity to a number.

  • Technical Curiosity: Comfortable in a technical conversation and able to speak intelligently about how automation and AI work, without needing to operate at solutions-engineer depth.

  • Location: Based in the Central or Eastern time zone.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.

About the role: This role is based in the Central or Eastern time zone, aligning with the East Coast schedules of the executives you'll be selling to — no three-hour tax on every call. Field travel happens at your discretion, whenever it will genuinely move a deal forward.

Sales cycles here run 7 to 9 months, reflecting the size and complexity of the accounts — this isn't a quick-turn quota. That said, we expect early pace: by the end of month five, you should have built pipeline to 3x coverage and be in active conversations with decision-makers, leveraging both frontier AI models and UiPath's own proprietary technology as part of your selling motion. You'll have real tools in your hands, not just a pitch deck.

You'll report to the RVP of Sales as part of a team of 6 AEs, with a dedicated BDR supporting your pipeline generation (a 3:1 AE-to-BDR ratio). Beyond that, you'll have a deep support ecosystem behind you — co-prime specialists, technical SEs, and industry specialists who know your verticals cold — plus an upper management team that actively engages in deals, whether that means opening a door to a decision-maker or helping push a stalled deal forward. You won't be doing this alone.

We're looking for someone genuinely into technology — not in a resume-buzzword way, but someone who reads about new AI releases because they want to, not because the job requires it. You can hold your own in a technical conversation with a CIO's team and ask a sharp follow-up question, without trying to be the solutions engineer in the room. Your strength is translating what the technology does into why it matters to the business, and knowing exactly when to bring in a technical resource to go deeper.

Where UiPath Is Headed

UiPath's future centers on the System of Action — the idea that AI delivers real business value only when it can take action inside a company, not just answer questions about it. That means encoding durable business logic so processes run end-to-end, staying model- and framework-agnostic so customers aren't locked in, and making every action bounded, attributable, and reversible enough to satisfy a CISO or auditor.

Maestro is what makes this real, and it's your sharpest differentiator in customer conversations. While most agentic platforms excel where a business runs behind clean, modern APIs, UiPath is built to reach the parts that don't — mainframes, thick clients, legacy MES systems, and the twenty-year-old applications most manufacturing and energy companies have no near-term plans to replace. That's the honest line against Salesforce, Microsoft, ServiceNow, and the rest of the field: they govern and orchestrate what's already API-reachable. UiPath executes where no API exists at all.

With over 10,700 enterprise customers today, you'll have a strong foundation to draft off of — even as every account on your list is new logo.

Why UiPath

The growth story backs this up. Revenue growth has accelerated across the last three reported quarters — 16%, 14%, then 17% year-over-year — with ARR growing at a consistent double-digit clip. Customers generating $1M+ in ARR grew 18% year-over-year to 374, and the company just posted its first-ever GAAP-profitable quarter in company history. UiPath is adding large accounts, and doing it profitably.

We invest seriously in developing our sales team, and this role puts you in front of some of the world's most consequential companies at the exact moment their industries are deciding how AI actually gets put to work. If you want to build new relationships from scratch and help shape how enterprises adopt AI at scale, we'd like to talk to you.

UiPath is a global enterprise software company and a pioneer in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and agentic artificial intelligence. Founded in 2005 in Bucharest, Romania, and now headquartered in New York City, the company fundamentally transforms how humans work by automating tedious, manual, and repetitive workflows. Under the hood, UiPath provides a comprehensive platform that allows enterprises to build, manage, and orchestrate sophisticated AI agents and software robots. By seamlessly combining large language models (LLMs) with deep RPA capabilities, UiPath enables robots to "see" screens, understand context, and execute complex tasks across legacy systems and modern APIs without disruption. Their primary target audience spans across massive global enterprises, including major financial institutions, healthcare providers, and government agencies looking to drive massive digital transformation and operational efficiency. What sets UiPath apart in the automation industry is its relentless focus on the "Automation First" era; they provide incredibly robust, low-code tools like UiPath Studio that empower both hardcore software engineers and everyday business laypersons to create AI-driven automations, effectively bridging the gap between cutting-edge agentic AI and practical enterprise workflows.
