The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Virtual Office Assistant to join a company with continuous growth and a great working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify insurance and call on outstanding insurance claims.
  • Scheduling appointments, contacting patients, and following up.
  • Collect and post payments and record receipts.
  • Work aging report to ensure all claims are paid properly.
  • Submits dental claims to insurance companies online, by mail, and by fax.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in roles such as Admin Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar positions.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and tech-savvy skills are essential.
  • Strong writing and communication abilities are required.
  • Demonstrated initiative, productivity, and a sense of responsibility are necessary traits.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, reliability, integrity, and competence in job execution are crucial.
  • The candidate must possess a reliable internet connection. (Candidates should not be currently using PLDT Internet services and must be willing to switch to Converge or another provider, excluding PLDT).
  • Must be willing to have a time tracker.
