Video Editor & Motion Graphics Specialist

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce paid social ads across multiple formats and platforms

• Create motion graphics and animated assets using After Effects

• Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams on campaign production

• Integrate AI tools into the workflow to speed up production and generate video assets

• Adapt creative assets across formats and aspect ratios

• Contribute ideas to improve creative performance and production efficiency

Requirements

• 5+ years of video editing experience

• Expert-level proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects

• Strong portfolio demonstrating paid social and motion graphics work

• Fluent English (written and verbal)

• Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Runway, Midjourney, Veo, Kling, or similar) - deep expertise not required, but must be comfortable learning new AI tools quickly

• Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams

• Available to work in the US Eastern Time

• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with feedback and change

Nice to Have

• Advanced ClickUp experience (automations, dashboards, templates).

• Startup or high-growth environment experience.

• Healthcare or telehealth operations experience

• Experience with Airtable or similar operational platforms.

• Familiarity with AI productivity tools and workflow automation.

• Hands-on experience implementing new systems or operational processes (software rollouts, tool migrations, change management).
