Position Overview

Working out of your residential workspace on structured Australian business hours, you will claim individual accountability for transforming raw text scripts and conceptual prompts into high-conversion digital video advertisements for Meta and YouTube platforms. Moving entirely past passive footage assembly or repetitive one-off gig models, this fast-paced role tasks you with leveraging advanced machine learning tools to synthesize original video scenes out of prompts before finishing them within professional NLE software. This position demands a reliable, highly organized digital media artist who possesses an exceptional eye for short-form ad structures, embraces rapid tool adoption enthusiastically, and maintains a high volume of creative output without dropping technical quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Generative Video Scene Synthesis: Utilize and test next-generation artificial intelligence video models, prompt frameworks, and text-to-video engines—specifically including Higgsfield, Kling 3.0, and Claude—to synthesize high-fidelity visual assets based on provided creative scripts.
• Multi-Format Video Assembly: Cut, trim, and assemble generated scenes into highly polished, scroll-stopping marketing campaigns natively optimized for both 9:16 vertical paid social stories (Meta/TikTok) and 16:9 landscape dimensions (YouTube).
• Timeline Project Curation: Lead the end-to-end post-production pipeline natively using professional desktop timeline software, with an absolute preference for Premiere Pro environments.
• Light Motion Graphics Engineering: Design, render, and embed clean kinetic typography, custom text animations, fluid viewport transitions, clean burnt-in captions, and basic visual compositing nodes.
• Multi-Channel Audio Polishing: Source, place, and sync conversion-optimized background music tracks, sound effects, and voiceovers, ensuring perfect pacing, rhythmic balance, and low-noise audio thresholds.
• Color Correction & Grading Triage: Execute fundamental primary color correction adjustments and basic look matching to verify that all synthetic clips appear cohesive, vibrant, and aligned with client brand guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of verified professional history running digital video editing, short-form ad asset creation, commercial content writing assembly, or digital agency post-production.
• Deep, non-negotiable operational mastery managing visual timelines and multi-track audio layouts natively inside Premiere Pro (or comparable high-end suites like DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut).
• Demonstrated experience layer-building light motion design assets, animating text components, and formatting error-free video subtitles.
