About Laba Group
Laba Group creates the education of the future here and now. We launch courses that change careers, businesses, and lives.
Transforming the online education market, opening offices in 10+ countries, and becoming a unicorn company π¦ are our goals.
Over 10 years, we have united over 700 colleagues in 8 countries around the world and launched 1,500+ courses from experts from companies such as Google, Microsoft, Netflix, and Nike.
To continue winning, we need a team of the best. That's why we're looking for a UX/UI designer.
The Role
In the Innovations team, we build not one product, but an entire ecosystem β internal AI tools for teams (research, planning, sourcing, production, analytics) and external products for our users. You will be a designer who keeps the visual and UX logic across many products at once, rather than polishing one screen for months.
The key condition is AI-Native. This is not about βsometimes I use ChatGPT/Claude.β This is about a person who embeds AI into their design process as default: quickly prototypes, generates variants, designs interfaces for AI-native products (chats, copilots, agents) and thinks in terms of logic, where AI is not a side feature, but the core of the experience.
What We Offer
- remote work format;
- support from a manager, team leader and business coach;
- access to all Laba Group courses for you and your family after 4 months of work;
- compensation for studies, sports, technology and mental health;
- paid sick leave;
- paid vacation;
- real career growth opportunities;
- a team that will support you both in work tasks and with memes β€οΈ
Your Future Tasks
- You design interfaces for internal apps and external products for users.
- You design process flows and product logic: not just screens, but how a person goes through the scenario from input to result.
- You maintain consistency across multiple products β you think systemically (components, patterns, common interface language), not in terms of individual layouts.
- Quickly turn raw ideas and hypotheses into clickable prototypes so the team can test and iterate without long cycles.
- You work side by side with product, growth, and development β often in the format of βrapid prototype β feedback β release.β
- You design AI interactions: how the user communicates with the assistant, how generative content is presented, how errors are handled.
Requirements
Necessarily:
- Experience in product UX/UI design (web/SaaS) β a strong portfolio with real products, not just concept robots.
- Proficiency in Figma and systems thinking: components, auto-layout, design system.
- The ability to design flow and information architecture, not just "beautiful screens."
- AI First thinking: you already use AI tools in your work (generation, prototyping, research) and understand AI-native interface patterns.
- Speed ββand independence β you feel comfortable in an environment where there are many parallel products and there is no one who chews over every task.
- Ukrainian - fluent; English - at least at the level of reading docs and working communication.
It will be a plus:
- Experience with vibe-coding / no-code / low-code tools (Claude Code, Codex, etc.) - you can not only draw, but also bring the prototype to a working state.
- Understanding of basic frontend (HTML/CSS, React components at the "read and edit" level).
- Experience with iOS applications.
- Motion/microinteractions.
What AI-Native Means to Us
To avoid any misunderstandings, here is what the person we are looking for looks like:
- AI is your default tool, not a last resort. You generate variants, research, prototype, and accelerate through AI every day.
- You design for model uncertainty: you think about loading states, errors, hallucinations, and how to give the user control over AI output.
- You are interested in experimenting with new tools and patterns - you are aware of how AI-tooling is developing and you quickly try new things.
If you're a designer who still thinks AI is "cheating," this probably isn't about us.
Why This Is Interesting
- Not a monoproduct. You work with a whole ecosystem of tools β a variety of tasks, not a single-screen routine.
- Fast cycles. Prototype β test β release happens in days, not quarters. You see your design come to life.
- AI-native culture. We build on the cutting edge β vibe-coding, internal AI tools, experiments. Here, AI is not feared, but used.
- Impact: Your decisions directly affect how hundreds of people on teams work and how users interact with products.
