Under general supervision, conduct research efforts and develop clear stories from insights that support partner and team alignment on user-focused goals. This includes collaborating with UX designers, product owners, product managers, and engineers to discover opportunities for future products and validate designs for product optimization.
In this role as a UX Researcher II, you will be responsible for:
- Design, plan, and execute end-to-end research studies using appropriate qualitative and quantitative methodologies with guidance from senior team members
- Conduct and synthesize research projects including user interviews, usability testing sessions, surveys, card sorting, and contribute to A/B testing initiatives
- Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights and present recommendations to cross-functional teams with a compelling, influential story
- Analyze insights from research sessions to identify key opportunities and user needs
- Works collaboratively and communicates effectively with peers and managers
- Monitor and analyze user behavior metrics and usability benchmarks with support from senior researchers
- Support the evaluation and optimization of research methodologies to improve quality and efficiency of insights
- Assist with research operations including participant recruitment, scheduling, and research repository maintenance
