Data Analyst I

The Data Support team is dedicated to reactive, issue-resolution, and troubleshooting efforts to ensure seamless core data integration between a client’s Student Information System and our Products. As a Data Analyst I, you will obtain, adjust, and validate data imported from other systems into Renaissance products. As such, part of their work involves working directly with customers to obtain the data we need. They must be detail-oriented and able to spot data problems or inconsistencies and determine proper remediations.

In this role as a Data Analyst I, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and troubleshooting data integration: Resolve SIS-to-product integration issues, write and update extract scripts, and configure import processes to ensure seamless data flow.
• Performing database operations: Execute updates, merges, deletions, and imports within established parameters while maintaining data integrity.
• Ensuring data quality: Conduct thorough quality control checks, investigate discrepancies, and resolve data errors resulting from integration failures.
• Supporting customers: Respond to escalated data support cases, provide guidance on ETL processes and data specifications, and deliver clear status updates on issue resolution.
• Collaborating effectively: Partner with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to address complex data integration challenges and business rule requirements.
