Civil Science
View Company ProfileCivil Science is a 100% employee-owned, full-service civil engineering, infrastructure development, and environmental consulting firm engineered to deliver sustainable public and private sector civil projects across the United States. Originating from roots dating back to 1978 and officially operating under its present structure since 2002 (transitioning to a full ESOP in 2015), the company eliminates infrastructure delays, complex regulatory hurdles, and design inefficiencies through end-to-end site development, transportation engineering, water/wastewater planning, and precision surveying. Moving beyond conventional third-party engineering consultancies, Civil Science operates with an owner-operator culture where every engineer, surveyor, and project manager holds a direct stake in client success. Under the hood, its technical service matrix—spanning CAD/BIM modeling platforms, geographic information systems (GIS), structural loading analytics, hydraulic flow simulation tools, and automated field surveying telemetry—natively handles municipal road corridors, land subdivision planning, environmental impact assessments, and heavy civil construction management. What sets Civil Science apart is its regional reach paired with deep localized engineering rigor; by combining advanced spatial mapping and municipal design compliance with direct ESOP accountability, the firm delivers resilient, cost-effective infrastructure that powers growing communities.
