TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager

Lunar Solar Group is looking for a highly organized, results-driven TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager to manage and grow affiliate programs for our brand partners. This role will own client relationships, creator recruitment, affiliate activation, campaign execution, community building, and performance optimization with the goal of increasing content volume, conversions, and GMV. The ideal candidate understands the TikTok Shop ecosystem, knows what makes content perform, and can build strong relationships with both clients and creators. They should also have experience developing Discord channels and communities that encourage creator engagement, collaboration, and ongoing participation.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Management

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, managing communication, meetings, timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
• Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication, strategic guidance, and consistent follow-through.
• Translate client goals into actionable TikTok Shop affiliate, creator, and community strategies while communicating progress, challenges, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client priorities are executed effectively and on schedule.

Affiliate, Creator & Community Management

• Source, recruit, onboard, negotiate with, and manage TikTok Shop affiliates across relevant creator tiers.
• Build and maintain a strong creator pipeline and relationships with high-performing affiliates to drive consistent and repeat content.
• Manage product seeding, creator follow-ups, activation, and engagement to increase participation and posting volume.
• Develop and manage Discord and other creator communities, including onboarding, education, announcements, incentives, and engagement initiatives.

Campaign & Performance Management

• Develop and manage TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns, including Target Campaigns, creator activations, product seeding, incentives, and promotional initiatives.
• Track and optimize key performance metrics including GMV, orders, content volume, creator activation, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Identify high-performing creators, products, and content to scale while proactively addressing underperforming campaigns.
• Use performance data, creator insights, and TikTok trends to inform recruitment, campaign strategy, community initiatives, and product prioritization.
• Maintain organized creator databases, campaign trackers, community resources, and performance reports while providing clear internal updates.
• Stay current on TikTok Shop platform updates, trends, and emerging affiliate strategies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social commerce, account management, or a related field.
• Strong experience managing client relationships, leading client communication, and presenting strategic recommendations.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop and the creator affiliate ecosystem.
• Experience sourcing, recruiting, negotiating with, and managing creators.
• Experience developing and managing Discord channels or online communities for creator engagement and community building.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-through and project management abilities.
• Comfortable analyzing performance data and making strategic recommendations.
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends and creator content.
• Ability to manage multiple brands, campaigns, clients, and creator communities in a fast-paced agency environment.
