The Impact You'll Have

The Technology Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Director of Technology and project management with various areas of the technological environment. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure top-level customer support and tracking.

What You'll Do

• Inventory management
• Inventory ordering
• Software setup and decommission
• User adds/moves/changes
• User audits
• Vendor management and coordination
• Support Placemakr team members with troubleshooting
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, support, sales) to align on project goals
• Resolve any open items with vendors or departments to ensure full completion within expected SLA (service level agreement)
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
• Additional duties and responsibilities, as assigned

What It Takes

• Comfort with navigating and learning new systems
• Associate’s degree or 2 years related experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of basic networking terminology
• Comfortable learning new systems and creating documentation
• Excellent independent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
