Sardine is hiring across EMEA, and technical hiring is a core requirement for how fast we can build. As our Technical Recruiter for EMEA, you'll own full-cycle hiring for engineering, data, ML, and product roles in those regions - from first conversation with a hiring manager to signed offer. This is a build-it role, not a maintain-it one. You'll be shaping how we source and assess technical talent in markets where we're still establishing a presence, and you'll have real influence over process, tooling, and how candidates experience us.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Technical roles, including Software Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning and Product across EMEA.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop a clear hiring strategy for each role.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience, from initial contact through to offer discussion.
  • Drive offer management and ensure a seamless candidate-to-hire process.

What you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 3+ years in a high-growth tech startup environment.
  • Proven experience recruiting technical roles in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting in EMEA markets.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting for fast-paced environments with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • A passion for data-driven recruiting and a strong comfort with ATS (Ashby preferred), Notion, and reports.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working with diverse, international teams and understanding the nuances in hiring across different geographies and cultures.
  • High energy, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment.
  • A genuine passion for people, talent, and creating a great company culture.
