The position will work a consistent evening/overnight schedule in India aligned with US business hours, with coverage through at least 2:00 PM PT / 5:00 PM ET (2:30 AM IST during US Daylight Saving Time and 3:30 AM IST during US Standard Time). Candidates should be comfortable working these hours on an ongoing basis.

Who You Are:

  • • 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition operations, recruiting operations, HR operations, or a similar operational role
  • • Hands-on experience working in an applicant tracking system (ATS), including maintaining data, supporting workflows, and ensuring data accuracy; experience with Ashby strongly preferred
  • • Experience creating and maintaining recruiting reports, tracking key metrics, and working with recruiting data
  • • Strong proficiency with Outlook, Teams, Excel, and other Microsoft Office products
  • • Highly detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy and a habit of reviewing and double-checking work
  • • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • • Comfortable working across US time zones and collaborating with global stakeholders
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and accountability
  • • Proactive and comfortable identifying inconsistencies, following up on outstanding items, and taking ownership through resolution
  • • Able to navigate ambiguity, learn quickly, and bring structure to evolving processes and priorities

What You’ll Do:

  • • Maintain accurate candidate, job, and recruiting data in Ashby, regularly reviewing information for completeness and accuracy
  • • Create and maintain recurring and ad hoc recruiting reports to support Talent Acquisition and business stakeholders
  • • Conduct regular data audits, identify discrepancies, and drive updates through resolution
  • • Support ATS administration and maintenance, including jobs, openings, templates, forms, and other system configurations
  • • Support the development and maintenance of recruiting processes, workflows, and documentation
  • • Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure processes are followed consistently and required information is captured accurately and on time
  • • Assist with testing and implementation of system enhancements, process changes, and new workflows
  • • Identify opportunities to improve data quality, streamline processes, and increase operational efficiency
  • • Provide interview scheduling support as needed based on team volume and coverage needs
  • • Support recruiting programs, projects, and cross-functional initiatives as needed
