About the Job

Our team manages, fosters and grows our partner relationships. We are a team of active account managers looking to add a Supply Account Manager to manage and grow a book of mobile, CTV and web publisher partnerships. You'll own the relationship end-to-end: driving adoption of Life360 products, leading strategic growth conversations, monitoring and improving supply health, and delivering measurable value to partners through the Life360 Ads exchange.

The US-based salary range for this position is $80,000 to $123,500. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary - therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive publisher education on Life360's products, audience data advantages, exclusive demand sources, unique ad formats, and differentiated product capabilities to deepen partnership value and accelerate revenue growth, including leading platform training sessions.
  • Own and grow a portfolio of publisher partnerships through a data-driven and consultative approach. Translate performance insights into clear revenue growth strategies.
  • Conduct online and in-person publisher partnership reviews to strengthen relationships, assess integration health, evaluate demand channel performance, and surface new revenue opportunities.
  • Own performance monitoring across your book of business, tracking key metrics such as ad requests, bid and win rates, DSP buying patterns, EID strategy, ads.txt optimizations, and revenue. Proactively identify yield optimization opportunities and work closely with publishers to implement strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Partner with Business Development, Technical Solutions, Demand, Product, and Engineering teams to surface publisher needs, resolve integration and platform issues, and drive go-to-market initiatives.
  • Contribute to the broader Supply team's go-to-market motion including market feedback loops, internal and external resource pages, and publisher case studies that strengthen the team's ability to win and grow new business.

What We’re Looking For

  • You bring 3+ years of experience in publisher or advertiser account management, supply-side partnerships, or ad operations within the programmatic ecosystem. Experience in the CTV and mobile space is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of programmatic supply chain, including SSP/DSP dynamics, header bidding, ads.txt/sellers.json, etc.
  • Proven experience managing a book of publisher and/or advertiser accounts with a demonstrated ability to grow revenue, retain partners, and identify opportunities for partnership expansion.
  • Strong analytical skills to work with performance data for identifying issues and optimizations. Experience using reporting and analytics platforms (e.g., Domo, Looker, or similar BI tools) a plus.
  • Comfortable working in AI-native environments; uses AI tools for daily workflows and project management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, publisher-facing language.
  • Self-starter with a proven ability to manage competing priorities across a large portfolio of publisher accounts while maintaining attention to detail and a strategic growth mindset.
  • High level of comfort working independently and comfortable owning a large book with minimal oversight.
  • Willingness to travel quarterly for in-person partnership reviews and publisher meetings to strengthen relationships and drive strategic account growth. Occasional attendance of industry conferences may be required.

Who You Are

  • You're driven, flexible, and hands-on — someone who spots gaps and fills them without being asked, digs into problems rather than around them, and comfortably juggles multiple workstreams while managing competing priorities well
  • Intellectually curious by nature — you dig past the obvious, whether that's getting to the root of a supply issue, finding missed opportunity in a partner's growth strategy, or just genuinely wanting to understand how the ecosystem works.
  • A natural communicator — you default to overcommunication: status updates, blockers, ideas, findings. You treat documentation and digital tools as force multipliers and actively tap into the experience of people around you.
  • You track where programmatic is heading and bring new tools and trends to the Supply Account Management team — you care about building meaningful partnerships and staying sharp on where the industry is heading. New tools, emerging trends, the evolving programmatic landscape; it all genuinely interests you.
