Want to know if you're a match for this job?
What you will be doing:
Strategic Sourcing & Market Intelligence: Utilise market research, ideal customer profile analysis, competitive intelligence, and data-driven intent platforms to systematically identify and prioritise high-value enterprise target accounts within our Ideal Customer Profile to build a robust pipeline for handover to Strategic Account Executives.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Execution: Partner cross-functionally with Strategic Account Executives and Marketing to co-author, launch, and execute precision multi-channel outreach campaigns (phone, custom email, social media, and video).
Discovery & Diagnostic Alignment: Conduct initial high-level discovery conversations to uncover deep corporate business initiatives, critical pain points, and product fit before seamlessly orchestrating qualified handovers to Strategic Account Executives.
Funnel Cleanliness & Data Governance: Maintain pristine, data-rich records within Salesforce CRM to ensure account maps, sourced organisational intelligence, and prospect milestones are immutably tracked, enabling a frictionless transition and briefing process during Strategic AE handovers.
Proactive Outbound Hunter: Act as a true hunter to drive our outbound engine from the ground up. You will be expected to attend industry events, network effectively, and utilise sophisticated multi-channel outreach to identify and relentlessly engage high-value, multi-location enterprise prospects within the hospitality space, ensuring a consistent, high-quality pipeline of qualified opportunities.
What you need to bring:
Sourcing Experience: 1–3 years in outbound sales development or corporate talent sourcing. A proven track record driven by deep data-gathering and rigorous target profiling, rather than high-volume cold calling. Must possess the executive presence and strategic sourcing skills required to identify, map, and successfully engage with C-suite level.
Advanced Research Skills: Exceptional capability to dig past surface-level company websites to uncover organisational insights, operational blockers, and competitive landscape information.
Tech Stack Mastery: Highly proficient with advanced sales intelligence and sourcing infrastructure.
Elite Communication Style: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You must possess the business acumen required to write highly compelling, custom-tailored correspondence that commands the attention of C-level executives.
Mindset: A resilient, self-motivated hunter mentality combined with a strong analytical approach. You possess a process-oriented, quality-over-quantity focus, but are driven by the thrill of breaking into large accounts and building high-integrity sales pipelines.
