Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative, systems-minded Staff Graphic Designer to join our core decentralized Marketing team in a full-time remote capacity within the United States. Embedded directly within our agile, fast-moving corporate creative cell alongside a Creative Director and a senior Copywriter, you will step up to serve as the premier visual guardian of the global LastPass identity. Shifting completely away from basic template modifications or static production assistant tasks, you will claim individual architectural accountability for leading the end-to-end development, evolution, and execution of high-impact visual design concepts across all corporate channels. This senior-level creative seat requires a seasoned design craftsman with a stellar portfolio who translates complex technical cybersecurity subject matter into compelling visual narratives fluidly, builds scalable guidelines from scratch, and manages multi-stakeholder briefs independently with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Guideline Architecture and Evolution: Own, maintain, and scale comprehensive corporate brand guidelines, building unified layout toolkits and system assets to ensure uncompromised consistency across global touchpoints.
  • Performance Marketing Collateral Curation: Conceptualize, design, and oversee the distribution of high-converting creative elements natively utilizing Graphic Design vector models specifically for digital advertising and lifecycle email campaigns.
  • Complex Informational Visual Narrative Engineering: Transform high-level enterprise documents, abstract threat vectors, and data statistics into clean, compelling visual narratives, infographics, and executive decks natively leveraging Presentation Design principles.
  • Cross-Functional GTM Creative Partnering: Partner peer-to-peer alongside internal Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Content cells to deliver tailored creative solutions that hit precise campaign business goals.
  • Full-Lifecycle Project Management: Manage active production lines directly from initial discovery brief down to final asset deployment, controlling timelines, checking quality bars, and navigating constraints independently.
  • Design Decision Rationale Articulating: Present and defend core aesthetic decisions, font choices, and interface layout philosophies clearly to non-design corporate stakeholders and executive leaders.
  • AI-Powered Creative Tooling Adoption: Research, test, and adopt emerging digital design applications, automated layout software models, and AI utilities to accelerate prototyping velocity and elevate asset output quality.
  • Multi-Channel Event Experience Support: Develop physical and digital asset components for large-scale corporate trade shows, marketing summits, and cross-functional event spaces.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven professional history running advanced graphic design, corporate art direction, brand identity engineering, digital marketing asset curation, or creative agency consulting.
  • A deep, state-of-the-art professional portfolio demonstrating total ownership over end-to-end corporate design systems, asset guidelines, and visual narratives.
  • Expert-tier technical proficiency navigating collaborative UI canvases and vector editing frameworks natively using **Figma** and the **Adobe Creative Cloud** suite (Photoshop/Illustrator).
  • Demonstrated capability to take full project ownership, organizing multiple parallel asset workstreams simultaneously while meeting strict campaign deadline schedules under compressed timelines.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication traits, with an absolute capacity to break down complex architectural design ideas into structured arguments for business stakeholders.
  • Academic Baseline Qualifications: A formal university degree or equivalent verified professional background specializing in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Art Direction, or a closely aligned creative field.
