Role Summary: Prefect and Dagster merged in 2026, consolidating two data stacks into one: Snowflake as the warehouse, Dagster as the orchestrator, dogfooded on their own product. You will take over the existing internal data platform, migrate the stack at cutover, and own it end-to-end. This includes defining requirements, setting the roadmap, and collaborating directly with stakeholders across the organization. Part of the platform is open-source (dagster-open-platform), and your work will serve as a public reference implementation of their own product. You’ll report to Jenny, the Head of Engineering.
