- Coordinate product input into RFIs, RFPs, public comments, research initiatives, standards discussions, and related government opportunities.
Represent PrePass as a Public-Sector Thought Leader

PrePass
View Company ProfilePrePass (managed by the PrePass Safety Alliance) is North America's most comprehensive and widely utilized weigh station bypass and toll management platform, fundamentally optimizing the commercial trucking industry. Founded in 1993 and headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, the enterprise deeply integrates connected vehicle technology with massive government compliance databases. Under the hood, PrePass leverages smart transponders, mobile applications, and geofencing to electronically pre-screen commercial vehicles for safety, weight, and credentials at highway speeds. This allows compliant trucks to bypass weigh facilities entirely, completely eliminating costly delays. Their primary target audience spans massive enterprise freight carriers, mid-sized transport fleets, and independent owner-operators who desperately need to slash fuel consumption, reduce administrative friction, and streamline massive, complex toll networks across the United States. What sets PrePass apart in the heavy-duty logistics tech sector is its unparalleled scale—having served over 750,000 drivers and orchestrating billions of successful bypasses—operating not just as a software vendor, but as a critical, highly trusted bridge between aggressive commercial fleet operations and strict government transportation authorities.
