Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical, systems-minded Sr Product Manager 2, Brand Safety & Compliance to join our core centralized Monetization business group in a full-time remote capacity across Poland. Reporting directly to the Director of Product Management, you will operate as a high-leverage product leader claiming individual strategic operational accountability for owning, defining, and executing the comprehensive product vision and safety roadmaps across our multi-million dollar programmatic advertising ecosystem. Shifting completely away from routine ad placement checking or passive policy reading, you will govern the real-time balance between maximize-yield advertiser performance, privacy controls, and consumer user experiences. This senior seat requires an ad tech platform veteran with 6–10+ years of dedicated product management history who maps programmatic bidstream data fluidly, codes statistical monetization frameworks smoothly alongside Data Science units, and leads highly complex cross-functional initiatives from ambiguous spaces down to scalable production releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Safety and Compliance Strategy Ownership: Formulate, document, and execute the global product vision, system roadmaps, and monetization strategies for brand safety and policy compliance across Fandom’s ad tech stack.
- Programmatic Advertising Quality Governance: Establish and scale robust inventory governance parameters, refining quality signals and validation layers to maximize ad-buying trust natively utilizing Sales Representative enablement tools.
- Header Bidding Optimization and Integration: Manage, monitor, and optimize real-time auction performance, tracking multi-party transaction lines natively leveraging Lead Generation tools across Google Ad Manager, Prebid engines, SSP/DSP networks, and OpenRTB bidstream schemas.
- Fraud and Invalid Traffic (IVT) Triage: Partner peer-to-peer with core Engineering and Data Science groups to script and test predictive modeling frameworks designed to discover, block, and eliminate invalid ad traffic and ad fraud.
- Inventory Scoring and Remediation Tooling: Lead the end-to-end design of internal compliance dashboards, automated inventory scoring metrics, and operational visibility tools to streamline remediation workflows.
- Cross-Functional Executive Initiative Leadership: Drive structural alignment across high-visibility stakeholder groups, bridging technical platform teams and business leaders across Ad Operations, Revenue, Privacy, and Legal cells.
- Yield and Trade-Off Optimization Analysis: Leverage data analytics and machine learning tools to intelligently evaluate and balance revenue trade-offs between inventory impressions, ad viewability metrics, and long-term user retention.
- First-Party Data Monetization Expansion: Research and test next-generation monetization capabilities, utilizing first-party datasets, identity resolution keys, and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) safely within regional privacy consent boundaries.
Required Skills & Qualifications

- Deep, authoritative technical command of programmatic ad tech supply chains, real-time bidding laws, inventory viewability layers, privacy frameworks (GDPR compliance rules), and bidstream analytics.
- Expert-tier background managing header bidding architectures, ad tag setups, and enterprise ad server routing networks natively utilizing Sales Representative metric definitions (specifically Google Ad Manager and Prebid settings).
- Practical operational familiarity configuring multi-channel revenue funnels, parsing cohort profiles, and tracing conversion tracking gaps natively leveraging Lead Generation software mechanics.
- Demonstrated capability to take an initiative independently from highly ambiguous problem definitions down to clear, production-ready release cycles with executive-level corporate visibility.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication traits in fluent English, enabling uncompromised stakeholder coordination across intercontinental engineering and sales divisions.
- Location Context: Position open exclusively to qualified ad tech product leaders based permanently and resident within **Poland** to execute monetization systems management under a 100% remote work-from-home layout.

- Familiarity with predictive analytics software models, machine learning feature engineering, or statistical testing methodologies.
- An outcome-driven personal philosophy rooted in high data literacy, an eager drive to optimize complex monetization trade-offs, and an intense passion for building fan-focused digital spaces.
