About the Role: Deeter Analytics is looking for a Special Projects lead to work directly with the founder. The Principal runs a global portfolio spanning investments, operating companies, and new ventures. This is a unique opportunity to tackle high-stakes, largely undefined problems and see them through with full ownership.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with the founder to turn complex situations and ideas into clear decisions and outcomes.
• Own projects end-to-end across diverse domains, from defining the actual problem to building the answer.
• Manage a broad scope of work that may include startup incubation, acquisitions, AI initiatives, real estate, data infrastructure, hiring, and philanthropy.
• Operate with full discretion and move fluidly across changing priorities without handing things off.
