Position Overview
We are seeking a highly autonomous, channel-fluent, and proactive Sourcer to architect talent map pipelines and uncover passive technical authorities under a permanent, full-time remote configuration across our European operations hubs (including Romania, Poland, Portugal, Spain, and Sofia, Bulgaria). Operating inside our high-velocity Global HR and Talent Acquisition vertical, you will take full pipeline ownership over tracking down and engaging tier-one professionals across hidden technical communities. Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated data transcription loops, simple post-sales ticketing queues, or entry-level scheduling scripts, you will run an active Boolean search testing, behavioral outreach experimentation, and competitive target tracking laboratory. Partnering directly beside core corporate recruiters, talent acquisition managers, and engineering stakeholders, you will translate abstract headcount demands into highly predictable personnel pipelines. This position requires a talent acquisition enthusiast with 1+ years of professional history who handles sourcing matrices fluidly natively using Recruiter, Research, and Project Management primitives, commands complete operational intimacy with LinkedIn Recruiter algorithms, and drafts compelling personalized strategies independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Passive Talent Pipeline Governance: Discover, map, and nurture relationships with highly skilled passive engineering, product, and financial candidates across LinkedIn, niche repos, and digital tech hubs natively utilizing Recruiter primitives.
- Target Sourcing Customization: Partner next to full-lifecycle corporate recruiters to dissect abstract role specifications, transforming requirements into targeted search vectors, semantic strings, and clean Boolean logic profiles.
- Personalized Engagement Engineering: Draft and test highly tailored, context-rich outreach matrices that successfully command response rates from hard-to-reach, high-demand industry experts.
- Competitive Market Mapping: Track and analyze macro talent movements, regional pool density changes, and competitor organizational structures across European hiring regions natively deploying Research methods.
- Initial Screening Evaluation: Conduct preliminary candidate assessments to evaluate operational interest, technical availability, compensation alignment, and underlying cultural fit metrics before routing data to core recruiters.
- ATS Database Optimization: Maintain immaculate, data-rich applicant log parameters within our centralized Applicant Tracking System (ATS), meticulously monitoring outreach health metrics and conversion pacing natively leveraging Project Management guidelines.
- Channel Experimentation Triage: Continuously review and challenge standard acquisition streams, piloting net-new candidate identification frameworks, algorithmic tools, and sourcing extensions to increase matching efficiencies.
- Cross-Functional Strategy Alignment: Participate in global talent acquisition planning circles, contributing market reality insights and pool mapping metrics to optimize team deployment speeds.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 1+ years of proven, successful professional experience operating within a dedicated Talent Sourcing, Candidate Research, or matching Talent Acquisition capacity (junior candidates exhibiting elite analytical sourcing potential are encouraged to apply).
- Expert Sourcing Tooling Command: Meticulous hands-on tracking history configuring complex Boolean search strings, deep talent maps, and list building natively within **LinkedIn Recruiter Pro** or modern talent engines.
- Demonstrated ability managing multiple concurrent pipeline operations across diverse time zones under tight enterprise timeline parameters.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and textual presentation communication strengths in English, with an established background tailoring outreach emails that maximize open and response metrics.
- Location Context: Position operates under remote guidelines open exclusively to qualified talent acquisition and candidate sourcing authorities residing permanently within **Romania, Poland, Portugal, Spain, or Bulgaria (Sofia)**.
