SchooLinks is looking for a Solutions Manager to join our growing Solutions Team. In this role, you’ll lead the implementation of one or more of our most complex modules, helping districts track student progress and outcomes that shape real educational impact.

You’ll own the implementation process from kickoff to launch, working closely with Customer Success Managers and district partners. While Customer Success manages the overall relationship, you’ll dive deep into the details for the module you are responsible for, gathering business requirements, translating them into technical configurations, and ensuring districts get the most value out of the SchooLinks platform.

This role requires strong customer engagement skills, understanding and analyzing customer data, translation of district processes to our platform, and proficiency in learning and applying a broad range of technical configurations. You will work to identify and implement the best solutions to meet each customer’s specific requirements, leveraging the available configurations. Additionally, you’ll develop creative solutions for complex customer needs and communicate technical concepts in a clear, accessible manner.

Your responsibilities will include…

  • Own and drive the project management for the modules within your scope, including ensuring the right tasks are getting done, and the status of each implementation is reported correctly.
  • Work with customers to understand their specific needs, special situations, and use cases, then identify and implement solutions.
  • Hands-on configuration of the module, including setup, data triage, and customization.
  • Understand data dependencies and help resolve data issues.
  • Develop expertise in how the module fits within the broader SchooLinks product ecosystem.
  • Continuously engage with customers to maintain project velocity, generate buy-in, and drive adoption.
  • Work with Customer Success to collaborate on customer interaction, escalation, and timelines.
  • Continuously define and document problems and challenges faced by our partners.
  • Assist the Product team with quality assurance and improvement of the product

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience as an implementation specialist or similar role in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Strong project management skills (understand task dependencies/sequence and management of tasks).
  • Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Clear and concise communicator — the ability to boil down product and engineering jargon into simple and concise customer communications.
  • Customer change management and story-telling - the ability to help clients see the vision of what is being configured and their future process selling the value
  • Strong technical understanding - the ability to understand the logic and how platform data connections work.
  • Excellent systems thinking skills
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial style, eager to take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment — you know when and how to find the correct information when needed.
  • Loves getting into the weeds to figure something out, but is a fundamentalist when it comes to completing tasks and completing deliverables.
  • Confident presenting to district stakeholders and motivating them to complete tasks.
  • Preferred, not required - experience with data analysis, scripting (Python, etc.) and JSON data.
  • Positive attitude - you can stay optimistic in high stress situations.

  • 100% health care coverage options for Employee
  • 401K with company matching
  • Dental & Vision
  • Parental Leave
  • Subsidized gym membership

SchooLinks is a premier, enterprise-grade college and career readiness (CCR) powerhouse engineered to orchestrate massive-scale K-12 educational ecosystems and intelligent, frictionless post-secondary planning workflows. Operating as a tech-enabled "talent pipeline" hub, the company eliminates the operational friction of traditional, legacy guidance models—which frequently suffer from fragmented student-data silos, opaque college-application processes, and disconnected career-readiness reporting—by seamlessly deploying advanced AI-driven student-telemetry, rigorous state-compliance architectures, and cohesive cross-district integration frameworks. Moving beyond rigid legacy software paradigms, SchooLinks empowers districts, counselors, and families to dynamically synchronize their course-planning, financial-aid research, and industry-partnership pipelines with elite, scalable, and audit-ready execution. Under the hood, their sophisticated proprietary operational infrastructure—bolstered by machine learning algorithms that personalize student journeys—natively manages complex global multi-region data ingestion, instantaneous automated application-tracking, and compliance-hardened reporting workflows, providing the necessary operational foundation to support the modern, high-velocity educational economy. What sets SchooLinks apart is its uncompromising dedication to frictionless student-orchestration; by bridging the gap between highly technical, performance-intensive state/federal reporting demands and accessible, high-velocity student-centric interfaces, the firm empowers modern educational organizations to radically accelerate their college-and-career-readiness velocity, eliminate systemic administrative bottlenecks, and build an unassailable foundation for continuous institutional success in the modern, AI-transformed global-edtech landscape.
