- Tracking customer feedback to align with the product roadmap, ensuring:

This role requires decisiveness in pre-sales and compliance conversations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead technical sales pipeline from initial contact through RFP response, collaborating with account executives.
• Conduct introduction calls, technical demonstrations, architecture workshops, and RFI/RFP engagements with government and commercial customers.
• Evaluate customer applications for compatibility with Game Warden and DevSecOps deployment on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Maintain deep technical knowledge of Game Warden, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and the broader platform ecosystem.
• Synchronize customer feedback with product teams to inform roadmap priorities and feature alignment.
• Develop technical marketing content, including blogs, whitepapers, and case studies, to accelerate business development.
• Engage customers on cloud infrastructure, DevSecOps tooling, compliance accreditation, and cybersecurity architecture.
Qualifications
Required:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience deploying or architecting on AWS, GCP, or Azure; certification or active pursuit required.
- 3–5 years of technical depth as a software engineer, sales engineer, or technical project manager, with experience solving problems in production environments.
- 2+ years of software development experience, preferably in full-stack web development (e.g., React, Angular, Spring, Python, or Go).
- Operational knowledge of DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD), and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and maintain composure in high-stakes customer situations.
- U.S. citizenship and residency in an approved hiring hub: DC/Maryland/Virginia, Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill NC, Denver/Colorado Springs CO, or Dallas/Fort Worth TX.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer engagements and market-facing activities.
Preferred:
