Your mission
UiPath builds the platform where AI agents reason, robots act, and people lead. Our Solution Engineering team runs presales and Proof of Concept projects for large enterprises in energy, public sector, insurance, healthcare, and retail.
You will build: new demos, agents, and scenarios, and along the way the things that are hard to learn alone. How to prompt an agent so it behaves the same way twice. When a process should reason and when it should simply run. Which architecture still holds up in front of a customer.
What you'll do at UiPath
- Design and build demos, agents, and automations for AI-powered and agentic scenarios, together with the synthetic datasets behind them.
- Get early access to staging features before they reach the market, test them, and invent your own use cases to showcase what they can do.
- Test integrations with external AI agent frameworks, on-premises LLMs, and coded agents and apps, documenting what works and what breaks.
- Consolidate scattered demos and PoCs into a reusable library: spec, deck, short video, clear narrative.
- Turn Polish-language projects into English solution kits, and help shape presales talk tracks, including what you learn from watching competitors.
What you'll bring to the team
You do not need to know UiPath. We will teach you the platform. What we cannot teach in 2.5 months is the mindset:
- Curiosity with follow-through. You ask questions early rather than getting stuck quietly, then run with the answer without needing a daily check-in.
- An eye for communication. You can explain a technical solution to a non-technical audience, build a slide that lands, record a demo worth watching. A feel for sales and marketing helps, but this is still a technical role.
- Real interest in agentic AI in its enterprise form: low-code, governed, secure, stable, not just weekend prompt experiments.
- Ownership. Things get finished, files get named properly, nothing quietly disappears.
- Polish and English. You have to be able to read, write and speak fluently in both Polish and English.
What you will gain
- Work that is genuinely used: your demos go to enterprise customers and international events.
- Mentorship from experienced Solution Engineers and a close look at how enterprise deals are won.
- A first look at features the market has not seen yet, and room to decide how they are shown.
- Hands-on depth in agentic AI, IDP, and automation, plus exposure to the international UiPath team.
Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job? Go ahead, apply anyway. Please. Because we know that experience comes in all shapes and sizes—and passion can’t be learned.
