Software Engineer - Python & Cloud Infrastructure

The Role & The Challenge

We’re looking for someone who has a solid experience with Python and loves to build, learn, and guide others. You’ll be working closely with our clients, so clear communication and a collaborative spirit are key.

How You'll Contribute

• Build Software & APIs: Build software services and APIs using Python frameworks (ideally FastAPI) to create smooth, reliable data processing and deployment experiences.
• Cloud Infrastructure Engineering: Design and maintain secure cloud infrastructure from a software engineering perspective, handling core networking components like WAF and CDN.
• Deploy & Orchestrate: Use Terraform to manage infrastructure as code and deploy scalable services using Kubernetes (specifically AKS) and Docker.
• Build & Maintain Pipelines: Implement end-to-end data solutions, ensuring data flows correctly across real-time (Kafka/Kinesis) and batch architectures.
• Bridges Data and Software Engineering: Understanding of engineering and architectural principles, applying a software engineer's mindset to solve complex infrastructure and data modeling challenges.
• Values Collaboration: You'll collaborate on CI/CD workflows and are an excellent communicator capable of translating technical concepts to clients in English.

Requirements

You’ll be a Great Fit If...

• English is your second nature: Our playground is global. You’ll need strong English communication skills to collaborate daily with international clients and teammates. Being able to explain complex ideas clearly is just as important as writing clean code.
• Cloud & Networking: Deep experience with Azure and cloud infrastructure (Networking, WAF, CDN).
• IaC & Containers: Proficient in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, with strong hands-on experience in AKS/Kubernetes and Docker.
• Programming & APIs: Strong Python development skills, with deep expertise in organizing projects and building web services using FastAPI.
• AI knowledge: Experience building AI-enabled applications, particularly in recommendation or conversational systems and evaluation frameworks for LLM or AI systems. Clear understanding of how AI systems differ from traditional deterministic systems.
