Position Overview

We are seeking a highly confident, on-camera Social Media Video Talent – Education to join our core global Content creation network in a part-time, remote contract capacity within the United States. In this high-visibility presentation seat, you will claim individual accountability for recording engaging, clear, and approachable instructional videos targeted across both short-form and long-form social platforms. Moving entirely past passive scripting or technical post-production editing, you will act as the principal on-camera educator, transforming provided lesson plans and practice problems into scroll-stopping video segments for **YouTube and TikTok**. This freelance role demands an encouraging presenter who can comfortably break down complex academic testing concepts or degree-completion pathways under pressure, maintain strict technical audio/video standards from a home studio environment, and adapt delivery pacing fluidly across different social media aspect ratios.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Format Instructional Video Presentation: Record high-signal, engaging educational videos natively optimized across long-form 16:9 layouts for YouTube channels and fast-paced vertical 9:16 configurations for TikTok.
• Step-by-Step Problem Walkthroughs: Act as an online tutor to demonstrate complex academic concepts and walk adult learners through step-by-step practice questions clearly.
• Interactive Visual Demonstration: Deliver handwritten mathematical calculations, sentence diagrams, or scientific illustrations naturally using a physical dry-erase board, digital tablet/stylus, or paper setups featuring exceptional handwriting readability.
• Script Integration and Delivery: Read, interpret, and present instructional data fluidly from pre-written corporate scripts, injecting a concise, encouraging, and highly professional on-screen persona.
• Brand Guideline Compliance Governance: Maintain rigid alignment with Study.com’s specific presenter guidelines, corporate tone parameters, and copyright rules across all independent video deliverables.
• Technical Studio Quality Management: Manage and verify local recording configurations independently, confirming that video files hit minimum HD 1080p rendering requirements and utilize external audio capture tools to neutralize background noise.
• Iterative Performance Tuning: Review automated performance evaluations from internal review cells, incorporating structural presentation feedback and executing clip re-shoots cleanly when required.
• Autonomous Freelance Invoicing: Govern personal delivery schedules and submit approved video assets independently via automated digital invoicing paths to secure bi-monthly contract compensation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent practical presentation experience.
• Proven professional history creating visual content or serving as an on-camera personality for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, or adjacent digital video distribution frameworks.
