Social Media Motion Designer

We're looking for a creative Social Media Motion Designer to craft compelling, platform-optimised video content that brings the B2Spin brand to life across social media.

What You Will Do

• Produce and edit high-quality video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Video, and beyond using Premiere Pro or similar tools
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and social media best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistency across brand and campaign communications
• Stay ahead of social media trends, applying strong short-form and long-form video techniques
• Manage and track content tasks weekly, reviewing and actioning feedback promptly
• Optimise video output for each platform to maximise engagement and visual impact

What We Are Looking For

• Hands-on experience producing and editing social media video content
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent editing tools
• A strong eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency
• Solid understanding of platform-specific best practices across Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Someone who keeps a pulse on trends and knows how to translate them into great content
