What You Will Do
As our first dedicated Social Media Manager, you will architect, build, and grow our social presence. You are the mastermind behind telling a compelling brand story while assembling a passionate community around it. Your responsibilities include:
- Launching social media accounts for our products and brands from zero across all platforms
- Managing our portfolio of channels and content pieces in a consistent, structured, and professional manner
- Collaborating with creative teams to deliver exceptional daily content with cohesive messaging across all platforms
- Leading and mentoring content creators while establishing streamlined workflows and quality assurance processes
- Developing audience growth frameworks through sophisticated analysis of engagement metrics and viral content patterns
- Cultivating authentic fan communities through strategic engagement and proactive community management
