Short-Term Rental Operations Coordinator — Direct STR Experience Required — Remote Pakistan

About the role:
Regal Realms Limited is a growing UK short-term rental and property operations business. We need an experienced Pakistan-based coordinator who brings structure, urgency, sound judgment, and dependable follow-through to live guest and property operations.

Important Requirement:
Direct, hands-on short-term rental or serviced accommodation operations experience is mandatory. Applicants must have personally handled live short-stay properties, reservations and guest issues using Airbnb and/or Booking.com and a property-management system. General VA/admin, customer service, hotel work or property sales alone is insufficient.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor reservations, guest conversations, and alerts in Guesty and booking platforms.
• Coordinate guest issues, maintenance, contractors, evidence, and confirmed closure.
• Maintain clear priorities, owners, deadlines, and next actions.
• Support reviews, platform cases, disputes, and chargeback evidence.
• Prepare concise reports and improve SOPs, trackers, templates, and workflows.
• Assist the founder with selected executive-assistant responsibilities and projects.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience including substantial direct STR operations experience.
• Full-time remote Pakistan, Monday–Friday, 1 PM–10 PM Pakistan time plus an agreed emergency rota.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong judgment, prioritisation, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Reliable computer/internet plus power and connectivity backup.

Compensation:
PKR 120,000–180,000 per month, based on directly relevant experience, plus incentives, bonus and promotional opportunities based on performance.
