Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, systems-minded Service Engineer to join our core centralized Customer Service division in a full-time remote capacity within Pakistan, targeting candidates based in Islamabad or Karachi. In this high-leverage field engineering and support seat, you will claim individual operational accountability for delivering front-line technical troubleshooting, diagnostic inspections, and process resolution to professional solar installers and commercial customers. Shifting completely away from simple clerical messaging or basic user scripts, you will solve multi-layered electrical anomalies, handle product commissioning parameters, and lead logistics dispatch workflows across regional deployment hubs. This position requires an engineering craftsman with a relevant technical degree who interprets grid codes fluidly, manages customer tracking software smoothly, and coordinates cross-functional after-sales metrics under compressed timeline schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • High-Volume Engineering Troubleshooting: Provide immediate front-line technical support and software diagnosis to installers and utility engineers across phone, chat, and digital channels natively utilizing Technical Support parameters to isolate equipment faults.
  • Ecosystem Commissioning and Setup: Coordinate and deliver remote or on-site commissioning support for solar string inverters, energy storage systems, and battery banks to ensure optimal field integration.
  • Customer Service Optimization and Triage: Manage customer expectations, manage difficult installer situations, and track customer satisfaction metrics natively leveraging Customer Support best practices.
  • Replacement Logistics and Coordination: Plan, orchestrate, and oversee localized logistics workflows to dispatch replacements, tracking hardware shipments and ensuring the secure collection of de-commissioned items.
  • Service Partner Qualification: Support the evaluation, structural qualification, technical onboarding, and performance management of net-new external regional service partners.
  • Prinstine CRM Case Documentation: Record and update exhaustive incident lifecycles, technical resolution parameters, grid codes, and metadata specs inside centralized CRM registries to preserve data hygiene.
  • Technical Training Delivery: Formulate and conduct instructional technical workshops and training sessions for internal engineering cells and external corporate clients.
  • After-Sales Feedback Loops: Collect and synthesize customer feedback data systematically, identifying process improvement vectors to improve company cost-effectiveness and product performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven professional history running advanced technical helpdesk support, electrical equipment troubleshooting, field engineering assistance, solar array diagnostics, or energy infrastructure consulting.
  • Deep, authoritative technical command of product specifications for PV, energy storage systems, and EV chargers in the distribution and utility scale segments.
  • Practical operational familiarity logging technical data entries, tracking tracking boards, and utilizing service desk databases natively using Technical Support frameworks.
  • Demonstrated history providing field resolution, customer onboarding guidelines, and case management audits natively leveraging Customer Support methodologies.
  • Outstanding problem-solving capabilities, with a proven ability to interpret abstract grid code requirements, gather metrics skillfully, and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication traits in business-fluent English paired with native fluency in the local language to seamlessly align with domestic installers and international line managers.
  • Academic Baseline Qualifications: A formal university Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited institution specializing in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Photovoltaic Engineering, or a closely aligned quantitative science discipline.
  • Location Context: Parameters open exclusively to qualified technical engineers based permanently and resident within **Islamabad or Karachi, Pakistan** to execute duties under a 100% remote arrangement.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior commercial history operating within a solar technology enterprise, renewable energy utility, microgrid software firm, or green tech hardware manufacturer.
  • Familiarity with local utility tender requirements, competitive solar landscape metrics, or international power electronics regulations.
  • An outcome-driven personal philosophy with a can-do attitude and hands-on approach that values fast decision-making and flat organizational hierarchies.

What We Offer

  • The exceptional professional canvas to directly direct, shape, and deploy the technical service networks and support structures bringing world-class solar inverters and clean energy storage solutions to Pakistan.
  • Highly competitive, capability-benchmarked full-time compensation packages calibrated precisely to evaluate and reward your electrical engineering authority and case logging velocity.
  • Profound work-from-home remote parameters providing an elite digital workplace, complete scheduling trust, and zero physical geographic office commuting friction within Islamabad or Karachi.
  • Immediate integration into a spirited, diverse team of passionate renewable energy experts working within an exceptionally open-minded international environment.
  • A clear, flat corporate hierarchy blueprint engineered to rapidly accelerate your long-term career path and internal mobility across the global green tech industry.
  • Uncompromised personal and professional development opportunities, leveraging your abilities, skills, and data engineering expertise securely.
