Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, execution-driven SEO Executive to join our core global Marketing team in a part-time, 100% remote capacity. This position is open exclusively to qualified digital growth specialists permanently residing in the Philippines, India, or Vietnam. Operating with a high degree of autonomy and minimal hand-holding, you will claim daily tactical ownership over executing our on-page and off-page organic search strategies. Moving completely past theoretical marketing audits, you will focus on high-impact daily execution—publishing content layouts, running backlink outreaches, and fixing index discrepancies across our key web domains. This role is a perfect match for a consistent independent contributor who can comfortably manage competitive search landscapes and systematically lift organic search result positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Publishing & Optimization: Format, structure, and upload newly drafted marketing articles into the corporate database, optimizing on-page formatting and search elements post-publishing.
• On-Page Structural Tuning: Implement, maintain, and upgrade metadata schemas, including tailored title rewrites, meta tags, custom image alt properties, and high-value internal linking maps across core product pages.
• WordPress Content Management: Oversee and update digital asset paths natively inside the WordPress CMS platform, ensuring pristine web layouts and clean rendering loops.
• Off-Page Backlink Outreach: Plan and execute 20 to 50 targeted link building outreaches monthly, securing 5 to 10 high-authority backlinks via structured guest posting agreements and contextual link insertions.
• Technical SEO Health Triage: Isolate and fix basic crawl bugs, broken text hyperlinks, duplicate heading tags, and sitemap configuration errors to streamline search engine indexing.
• Organic Analytics Monitoring: Track, interpret, and report ongoing keyword visibility shifts and traffic conversion patterns utilizing Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Semrush.
• Content Refresh Lifecycles: Audit historical blog layers periodically, refreshing outdated descriptions and text blocks to preserve search positioning and optimize underperforming layouts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of verified, hands-on professional history running digital search engine optimization, on-page content formatting, link building operations, or web growth execution.
• Strong, demonstrated execution history balancing on-page code metadata configurations with off-page digital PR and outreach.
• Practical, everyday dashboard literacy navigating organic performance tools, specifically Google Search Console (GSC), Google Analytics (GA), and Semrush.
• Hands-on experience navigating administrative structures and theme blocks inside the WordPress content management system.
• Self-driven workspace mentality, highlighting a clear ability to meet monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) with minimal managerial supervision.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication mechanics, with an ability to draft persuasive outreach emails that resonate with webmasters and editors.
