Senior Technical Project Manager

What are Senior Technical Project Manager’s duties?

• Managing the budget, scope, and timeline and reporting development progress to the stakeholders.
• Working directly with external clients—building long-term relationships, managing expectations, and adopting a business-oriented approach.
• Coordinating the development of design and software solutions, taking ownership of the overall project success with the support of a team and adhering to best practices.
• Motivating, supporting, and guiding the project team.
• Creating or facilitating the creation of user stories, MVPs, and other lean documentation when necessary.
• Identifying improvements and questioning the status quo.
• Being prepared to handle unpredictable situations and devise the best solutions.

Requirements

Apply if you:

• Have an in-depth knowledge and broad experience (at least 5 years) in managing diverse agile IT projects.
• Are well-versed in the agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and project management tools like Jira, Pivotal Tracker, or others.
• Have experience in continually monitoring and improving delivery quality against best software development practices.
• Have experience in presales activities, capable of uncovering client needs and constraints, and crafting compelling offers.
• Easily understand clients’ needs across various business models and proactively assist them in selecting the most suitable solutions.
• Possess a strong technical background to facilitate smooth communication with developers, product designers, and QA specialists.
• Have excellent command of written and spoken English (C1+) and Polish (C2).

It would be a plus if you:

• Have experience in running courses/workshops/presentations.
• Possess hands-on experience and solid domain knowledge in e-commerce.
• Have served as a Product Owner.
• Have mentored and managed less experienced Project Managers.
• Have experience in risk management and creating reports.
